Join us for a wellness day for the whole family. For parents this will include a taster therapy session of reflexology. For children we have specialist children's yoga group Shine joining us.
Tea, coffee and a choice of healthy snacks or treats.
We will also have music and sensory play for the children.
This will be a nice opportunity to meet up with other families and receive a bit of pampering. The Angel Eyes NI staff and volunteers will be there to lend an extra set of hands with the children.
This is open to all our families of all ages 0 –25, across Northern Ireland. Booking is essential.
